Biography
Dr. Liu obtained his bachelor degree at Jining Medical College, China in 2012 before he went to Sichuan University to pursue his Master degree in Medicinal Chemistry. In 2015, Dr Liu was sponsor by CSC (Chinese Scholarship Council) to study chemistry at Leiden University. After 4 years Ph.D study, Dr Liu went to Complex of Carbohydrate Research Center to continue his research Carbohydrate Chemistry. From Feb. 2022, he started his own research group in SIMM, China as an independent PI focusing on the development of new carbohydrate drugs and vaccines.
